A fabricated hadeeth for which we could find no basis
I heard from one of the Shaykhs that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was sitting among his companions when a man walked in front of them carrying a bag of grain. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) saw him he smiled. After a while the man came back, and the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said tasbeeh fervently. The Sahaabah (may Allaah be pleased with them) asked him about that man and he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: This man was going to his field to sow the grain and wait for months until it grew, then wait for a while before it produced grains and he could harvest it. The reason why I smiled is that he had only seven days left in this world. Then he passed by on his way to see his sister who is the mother of orphans and he found them in a bad way so he gave them the bag of grain that he had, and said to himself: Allaah will provide for me. And Allaah added seventy years to his lifespan. My question is: Is this story true? If it is true, where can I find its source?
It is not permissible to sell cigarettes even if you are working in the store

Should he sell a piece of fine glass to a man who will sell it on the basis that it is a diamond?
My friend works with producing diamonds for a company, and he found a piece of glass of very fine quality, which is so fine that from the outside it looks very much like a diamond. He showed it to one of the jewellers to buy it from him, but my friend is very sure that this man will take it and sell it to someone on the basis that it is a piece of diamond. My friend wants to know whether it is permissible to sell it to him or is it haraam to sell it to him? Is it permissible to sell it to someone else on the basis that it is a piece of glass?.

Her husband’s mother dislikes her – what should she do?
I have done my nikah a few months ago and will do the marriage ceremony soon insha'allah in order to live together. My husband's family is not religious at all. Unfortunately, I found out, after the fact, that my in-laws are not happy about our marriage and because of that my relationship with my in-laws, especially my mother-in-law, is not in good terms. My husband is their only son and he loves them very much. I am afraid that my mother-in-law's dislike towards me might affect my relationship with my husband in the future. What can I do to prevent this? Is there any dua'a?.
She has made up the prayers that she missed when she was younger and wants to carry on making them up
My mother did not pray for several years when she was young, and when she heard from one of the shaykhs that it is obligatory to make up missed prayers, she regretted it and repented, and she promised Allaah that she would make up the prayers that she had missed so long as she lived. In fact she has fulfilled her promise and has made up for all the years during which she did not pray. But she says to us: “I have to keep on praying because I said when I made a promise to my Lord, ‘as long as I live’ and I am still alive.” She offers the obligatory prayers and not the naafil prayers, although she knows that she hads offered all the prayers that she missed. Is what she is doing correct? Is it regarded as a vow?.
Is it permissible to put a marker on a grave so that it will be known whose grave it is?
The custom in our country is to put a stone, concrete or a peg at the head and foot of the grave, or sometimes just at the head. What is the Islamic ruling on that?.
He claims that zakaah need not be paid each year
Is it necessary to distribute the Zakat for every year? I mean; I purchased a gold for my save, weight about 1kg ok, should I pay zakat 2.5% for the first year or shoudl i pay every year for that ? (The gold is an example) An imama at india said, The zakat for a thing is only one time in the life is applicable and not for the further years. If any body say that the zakat is obligation for each year, he must bring the proof from Quran and Hadith.
